Vision

The vision of Synergies & Impact² is that every adolescent and youth have the rights, opportunities, and skills to make informed choices about life, wellness and livelihood.

Synergies & Impact² aims to reach and impact the lives of young people through the following 3 pillars:

Venture

The Synergies & Impact² ventures identify the needs of young people between the ages of 10-24 and use data driven, technology based solutions to address them.

Venture Building

Synergies & Impact² creates platforms for young entrepreneurs, innovators, and incubators to test and scale up their ideas in diverse markets.

Consulting

Synergies & Impact² strengthens for-profit and non-profit firms to better anticipate technology advancements in businesses and prepares them to be more efficient and effective in their strategies and implementation.

Impact

By the end of 2030, contributing to Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Synergies & Impact² aims to reach one million young people through our three-pillar approach to create sustainable change in their lives.

We will also engage 10,000 professionals and workers and mentor them to perform at higher levels in the same time period.
